I love food and have always enjoyed eating food from all kinds of cuisines!
Becoming a professional dietitian has helped me enjoy delicious foods while maintaining good health and weight because it has taught me how to cook recipes in lighter healthier ways. Therefore, I can eat all kinds of dishes without feeling guilty about it!
This is what i try to practice at home also for my family. I always cook and try new light recipes as my time allows. However, when eating out, i will not hide that we eat whatever we please :) And this is completely fine as long as a healthy overall balance of food intake is maintained.
