From my user name you can realize how much I love food. I am a German guy living in Cairo and I have travelled to many countries in the Middle East and I really think their food is deliciooouuuus.
My wife Jana is Lebanese and she taught me many Lebanese recipes.

I really love Lebanese food. Beside the taste of any meal I also care about how healthy the meal is. So for me Shahiya.com is a great source for cooking because I can find all the recipes I am looking for AND at the same time it can tell me the nutrition facts in them.
