I teach history in an elementary school outside the capital and i really looove my job.
I am still a beginner cook but i am now turning it to one of my hobbies.
During our lunch break, the teachers talk about food and what they are cooking every day. At the beginning i was too shy to discuss or talk to them about my cooking because they all seem sooooo experts.
But now that my mother taught me some of her great recipe and I have discovered Shahiya I am cooking more and I feel confident to talk about it very freely…
I am really proud of the recipe my mom gave me, especially the traditional Jordanian ones. My 2 kids are too young to taste them but I am sure that one day they will love them…
These days my kids just love the desserts recipes that I found on shahiya.
