Boil water in a pot and cook the noodles for 4-5 minutes, drain well. Deep fry noodles in vegetable oil. Remove noodles onto absorbent paper. 6.
Beat the egg in1 tablespoon of water and cook in a lightly oiled pan to make a thin omelet and then slice it into small strips. 7.
To serve, place the noodles first in a serving dish then add the beef mixture on top and the omelet strips as garnish.
