An innovative way of eating beetroots. This salad has a unique sweet and soury taste and a beautiful color that makes it stand out on a table.

ingredients

3 beets, boiled and cut into cubes
1 garlic clove, small
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons oil
pinch of salt

cooking method 

1. To prepare the sauce, mash the garlic with some salt in a bowl then add the lemon juice and oil and mix.

2. Place the beetroot cubes in another bowl. Pour the sauce over and mix well.

3. Move the salad to a serving plate and serve directly; you can decorate it with parsley.

I tried this recipe and added a bit of chopped parsley on top at the end. It is delicious!
