Blue cheese dip

ingredients

100 g blue cheese
210 g cream
250 g cream cheese
pepper to taste
Medium size round bread to make a bread bowl to serve.

cooking method 

1. Carefully cut the top of the bread. Empty most of the bread to create a bowl.

2. In a non stick pan mix the blue cheese, table cream, and cream cheese. Cook over medium heat stirring frequently.

3. Season with pepper to taste. Serve warm in the bread bowl.

Serve with your choice of french baguette, or any other crusty bread.
