In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and all the spices: salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, paprika, oregano and red pepper. 4.
In another bowl, beat the egg with a fork. 5.
Dip each chicken slice with egg mixture, then with breadcrumb mixture. Press chicken in breadcrumbs until it's all well coated. Set aside on a plate. 6.
Repeat process with the rest of the chicken slices. 7.
Heat oil, lower to medium and fry the chicken slices. 8.
Plate each chicken breast slice in a plate, place 1 slice of cheddar on each. 9.
Heat the pizza sauce and pour over the chicken and cheese. 10.
Garnish with Basil springs and serve serve.

You can serve with french fries and coleslaw or baked potato or pasta depending on your taste.
I specified 0.75 cup pizza sauce for 4 slices chicken but you can spoon pizza sauce over the slices depending on your preference.
