Chicken with Creamy Mushroom Sauce

So Easy and Yummy ^_^

ingredients

1 chicken breast, skin removed and fat trimmed
100 ml fresh cream, equivalent to half a can
2 cheddar cheese slices, the ones used for cheese burgers
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
paprika
nutmeg
black pepper
salt

cooking method 

1. To prepare chicken, trim fat from chicken breast. Slice the breast in two halves and carefully cut each breast half horizontally in the middle so that you have 4 thin slices.

2. Rub the slices with vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika for a nice color.

3. Cover and chill overnight.

4. Remove chicken breast from freezer. Heat grill and cook till browned.

5. To prepare the sauce, melt butter in a pan and add mushrooms. Stir for 1 minute.

6. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.

7. Then add the fresh cream and stir.

8. Add the slices of cheddar till the cheese melts.

9. Keep stirring the sauce on medium heat until it thickens to your preference of thickness.

10. Place 2 chicken breast pieces in each plate, dress it with the sauce and serve it with fries or baked potatoes.
