A colorful and filling salad made of a mix of red and white beans. It will take only a few minutes to have it ready!

ingredients

1 cup canned white beans
1 cup canned red kidney beans
2 cloves garlic, crushed
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt

cooking method 

1. Combine the beans together.

2. Add the crushed garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and salt. Mix well.

3. Serve cold.
