Cream of Carrot Soup

ingredients

1 kg carrots, peeled and cut in chunks
1 large potato, peeled and cut in chunks
4 cups chicken broth
1 orange juice
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt, or more
1 pinch of all spices
1 pinch of paprika
1 pinch of curry
1 pinch of cumin

cooking method 

1. In a presure cook, put the carrots, potatoes, chicken broth, salt, all spices, paprika, curry and cumin then cook for 25 min. If you choose to cook in a pan cook until the carrots and potatoes are tender, approximately 35 min.

2. Blend the carrots and potatoes with some of the stock to have a smooth and runny consistency.

3. Return to a non stick pot, add milk and orange juice. Warm up and enjoy!
