semi sweet chocolate chips200 gTrue1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.

Sift together the flour, salt, baking powder, cocoa powder and set aside.

Using a mixer; cream together the butter and brown sugar until thoroughly blended.

Add in the eggs and vanilla and mix until well blended and smooth.

Slowly blend in the flour mixture and mix until just combined. Do not over-beat.

Add the chocolate chips, and mix until they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.

Drop the dough by rounded 2 tablespoons, you can also use an ice cream scoop, onto the prepared cookie sheet, about 5 cm apart. Repeat until all dough is used.

Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven. The cookies should have golden brown edges and soft centers.

Remove from oven, and let cool on baking sheet.
