ingredients

1 lettuce head, coarsely chopped
2 cups parsley, coarsely chopped
1 cup mint, coarsely chopped
1 cup watercress
3 cucumbers, sliced
4 radishes, sliced
1/2 green peppers, cut into cubes
1/2 red peppers, cut into cubes
1 onion, sliced
1 green onion, coarsely chopped
3 garlic clove, crushed
1/4 cup pomegranate syrup
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon sumac
1 loaf Arabic bread, cut into squares and fried or roasted
salt to taste

cooking method 

1. In a large bowl, mix all the vegetables together.

2. In a smaller bowl, place the crushed garlic; add oil, lemon juice, pomegranate juice, sumac and salt. Mix the sauce very well.

3. Pour the sauce over the mixed vegetables, mix well and then top with the bread pieces and serve.
