ingredients

250 g fettucine, pasta
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup butter
3 cloves garlic, chopped
black pepper to taste

cooking method 

1. Cook the fettuccine pasta as instructed on package. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large saucepan heat butter until it melts, then add in garlic and stir over medium heat for 1 minute.

3. Pour over ½ cup of heavy cream and stir for about 4 minutes.

4. Add in the fettucine pasta, the remaining heavy cream and Parmesan cheese and mix until smooth. Flavor with salt and pepper.

5. To serve, place the pasta in a serving dish and sprinkle with more parmesan cheese if desired.

I add to this recipe mushroom and some shreded ham, it will be more delicious. Yummyyyyy.

I printed out this recipe last week, and i gave it to a friend who was inviting some people over for dinner. It really was delicious, the exact same taste as if your eating Fettuccine Alfredo in a good Italian restaurant. 5 star recipe!! Thanks Dorar
