Add in the mascarpone and continue mixing. 3.
Meanwhile, use a mixer to beat the egg whites into foam. 4.
Slowly, incorporate the beaten egg white into the mascarpone mixture until well combined. 5.
Prepare the black coffee and let cool. 6.
Soak the lady fingers in the cooled black coffee. 7.
In the bottom of a pyrex pan (or any other fridge proof pan), arrange a layer of the soaked lady fingers and spread over them a layer of mascarpone mixture. Then arrange another layer of lady finger and top with the rest of the mascarpone. Spread evenly. 8.
Sprinkle the cocoa powder all over and refrigerate for at least four hours. 9.
Serve cold.

You can make as many layers of lady finger and mascarpone mixture as your pan can hold, but you have to make sure that the top layer is the mascarpone mixture.

I came across this recipe because i am really interested in Italian recipes. And this one is just wonderful. I used a bit more ingredients because my husband loves tiramisu. The only problem is that it was a little bit runny, so maybe next time i have to use few more lady biscuits to make it more firm. Thank you anyways, it tastes great.
