Perfect recipe. I also like it with more lemon. I have used canned chickpeas as well and they work just as good. For a variation on this dish, you can add herbs, roasted red peppers, or pesto.

yummmyyy .... the best appetizer ever ..... i prefer it with more lemon juice. :)
