Iranian Chicken Kabab, Delicious!!!

ingredients

1 kg chicken breast without skin, and bones, cut into cubes
4 small tomatoes
Marinade
1/2 cup olive oil
2 onions, grated
1 juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 teaspoon saffron
1 tablespoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt

cooking method 

1. To prepare the marinade, mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

2. Place the chicken cubes in the marinade, making sure all the pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. The longer you marinate the chicken the better the taste.

3. Slide the chicken pieces onto skewers, and the tomatoes onto a separate skewer. Brush the tomatoes with some of the chicken marinade.

4. Heat up the grill, and place the chicken and tomato skewers on it. Flip skewers to cook on all sides.

5. Serve with rice or bread

If a grill is not available, you can cook the chicken in a pre heated oven over high heat on the top rack.
