1. Combine the flour, mahlab, yeast and salt together. Then add the yogurt and after that the oil and water gradually, while kneading well, until you get a firm and soft dough. 2.
Cover the dough with a nylon bag and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour. It becomes ready when it doubles in size. 3.
Divide the dough into balls the size of a walnut and press them against each other in a baking pan. 4.
Coat the surface of the dough balls with eggs and sprinkle with caraway seeds.
