A colorful, refreshing and yummy salad. Perfect for a summer dinner.

ingredients

1/2 iceberg lettuce, chopped
1/2 curly lettuce, chopped
1 bunch purslane
2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
4 radishes, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
2 medium tomatoes, cut into cubes
0.44 lb light feta cheese, cubed
dressing:
1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon white vinegar, which is apple vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
salt to taste

cooking method 

1. In a big salad bowl, mix all the vegetables together.

2. For the dressing: blend all the ingredients in a small bowl. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss gently until salad is well coated.

3. Finally add the feta cheese cubes on the top of the salad.

4. Serve cold.
