Pasta and yogurt salad

An interesting way to turn pasta into a salad! The yogurt taste makes this dish cold and salad-like; the whole mix is very yummy. A must-try!

ingredients

200 g pasta, about 1 package
1/2 kg yogurt
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried mint

cooking method 

1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions.

2. Drain the pasta and let it cool.

3. In a big bowl, mix the yogurt with garlic, salt and dried mint. Then add the cooked pasta to the yogurt mixture and mix well.

4. Put salad in a serving plate and sprinkle with dried mint for decoration. It is served cold.

I enjoy this food because it's light and very easy to make, especially for people who don't always have time to cook.
