Rice and Fava Beans

ingredients

200 g ground beef
1 onion
1 kg fava beans, remove grains
1 1/2 cups rice, Italian
2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, or 2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon cumin
water
salt coarse

cooking method 

1. Fry the minced meat and sliced onion in oil or butter, medium fire for 5 mins

2. Add fava beans, salt, pepper, 1 cup water and boil under very low heat until evaporation of water

3. Add again 2-2.5 cups of water, salt and cumin, let boil

4. Add the rice and cook it all until water evaporates

5. Serve with yogurt
