Spaghetti With Milk Casserole

ingredients

250 g spaghetti pasta
2 cups powdered milk
100 g mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup bread crumbs
3 tablespoons flour
5 tablespoons butter

cooking method 

1. Cook the spaghetti pasta according to package instructions. Drain and keep aside.

2. To prepare the sauce, pour 3 cups of water in a pan and add in the, milk, flour and 3 teaspoons of butter. Stir constantly over medium heat until the mixture starts boiling. Turn off the heat.

3. Transfer the spaghetti pasta to a baking dish, and pour the sauce over it. Combine well.

4. Preheat the oven to medium heat.

5. Sprinkle the surface of the spaghetti mix with the mozzarella cheese and the breadcrumbs. Spread the remaining 2 teaspoons of butter cubes all over.

6. Bake in the oven for 20 min or until it gets a golden color from the top.
