tuna and cheese on brown bread with tasty toppings

ingredients

2 cans tuna in oil, drianed & flaked
2 french bread (baguette), medium, brown
60 g cheddar cheese, 2 slices
2 tomatoes, cut into slices
2 teaspoons mustard
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vinegar, balsamic
2 medium onions, red, chopped finely
salt to taste
black pepper to taste

cooking method 

1. Mix the tuna, onions, mayonnaise, and vinegar in a bowl. Flavor with salt and pepper.

2. Cut bread open and toast. Put one teaspoon of mustard on one side of each bread.

3. Split the tuna mixture between the 2 baguettes and spread it over the mustard. Cover with tomatoes and add cheese on top of it.

4. Close the sandwiches and place them in a preheated oven until the cheese melts (10 minutes).

5. To serve, cut in half each sandwich and place on a plate.
